Marketing Manager Concerts
The Marketing Manager, Concerts works across MVA nationally, delivering a brand strategy which actively promotes engagement in concerts, connecting artists with people across Australia.
Our primary purpose is to make music feel extraordinary for everyone. We have the conviction great music and musicians make the world a better place. And we’re in the business of creating truly memorable experiences for people of all ages and from all backgrounds.
We’re looking for someone who can deliver creative, data-informed plans and initiatives to continue to increase MVA’s reach. You’re likely to have marketing experience in the arts and cultural/ NFP sector, be digitally-savvy and be driven by making positive impacts.
Can you lead marketing and audience development campaigns for innovative, world-class concerts?
- An intense, compact listening experience from a young quartet with an enviable reputation for elegance, precision and energy – LIMELIGHT on Esmé Quartet.
- Glorious tradition not afraid to experiment – THE AGE on The Choir of King’s College Cambridge
- Ohlsson brought stylish and expressive pianism to Convocations, a new work commissioned by Music Viva from Tasmanian composer Thomas Misson –THE AGE
- MVA Artistic Director Paul Kildea’s choice of Judith Crispin’s poem about trying to trace her First Nations heritage was inspired – CLASSIC MELBOURNE

Volunteer Positions - Get in touch!
Our volunteers have played an integral role with Musica Viva Australia since its founding in 1945, when European refugees volunteered their time to see their cultural roots flourish in their new country. Today, our volunteers donate their time to roles on committees, administration, and providing specialty services, and we’re hugely grateful for their contributions.
